All members/users of TomCat Prowler Browser are welcome to submit their original art and/or music for consideration to be displayed on the Prowler Home Page. Let the world see your artistic or musical talents! All submissions must be the original work of the person submitting the material. Remember; All the World Abhors Plagarism :-) Also, TomCat Web Services is not responsible for any usage by other listeners and/or viewers. If you feel the need to ensure the copyright protection of your work, please make prior arrangements before submitting. Please do not send submissions that contain pornography, vulgarism, or racist content. We are artists and respect artistic freedom, but not at the expense of others feelings or beliefs.

Submission Formats

MUSIC:
Music compositions must be submitted in the MP3 Format. Make certain that the Email you are using will support the size of the file you are attaching it to. Typically, your ISP Email will allow larger files. Public Email services vary on the file sizes they allow. Make certain to include the artist/band name to ensure proper credit. If you do not want your Email address to be given out, please indicate so in your Email. TomCat Web Services assumes no liability for plagarized material, but agrees to not sell nor use for any commercial purposes ourselves, merely to just make the material available for Download and the enjoyment of it by others. (Perhaps some bigtime record company will pick it up and make you rich and famous.)

ART WORK:
Art compositions must be submitted in the JPG format. The same advice for music also applies to to Art work, as well as the Liability Disclaimer information. Horizontally sized work fits our page better, but vertical is just fine. Art work may be reduced to fit our page as a thumbnail image, or by browser. Please include the Artist Name, Composition Name, and whether we can give out your return Email address for inquiries.
