	The TomCat Prowler is a product of TomCat Web Services,

however more thorough testing is gleaned through user input of any
errors they may encounter while using our product.

	Although we are committed to ensuring the best product
we can, with no glitches, there will always be a rare instance
or circumstance that may arise. Therefore We are NOT to be
held responsible for any misuse, damage, or any user-inflicted

TomCat Prowler History:
======================

	WHY A NEW INTERFACE? We thought that the Internet Explorer
interface was simply too complicated and took up alot of room on
the screen. So we began looking into makin a new one that is STILL
Internet Explorer at its core (So that it will be compatible with
everything you currently do on the web), yet be easier to use, and
have things like Password Protected favorites, an easy to see SSL
Secure Site indicator, and even a Pop-Up Window killer.

	When we had the basic program, it was VERY VERY VERY fast!
We were amazed! As an added benefit, we not only made the interface
easier, but we also made the entire browser FASTER! What a great
benefit, especially to people using Dial-Up!!! And the Prowler was
born. Today, it has gone through a few changes and modifications,
and is now out of the Beta stage and Full Version!!

	Currently there are 3 popular Borwsers: Internet Explorer,
Netscape, and Opera. We expect ours to surpass Opera and move into
the 3rd ranking by 2005. We listen to all comments, questions and
suggestions, and believe in Customer Support, however, if we get
busy, please acknowledge we may be a few days in responding.
