Browse for image (for instance My Documents or Desktop), then image name.
Image will appear on page. Scroll through different color options and click Change.
Or, You can check the lower window and put a hexidecimal color number like 336699.
This tool is excellent for viewing graphics to put on web pages or checking avatars after cutting them.
